Start a return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You also can start a return by logging into your account or contact us at info@aclof.com to receive our return warehouse address.

If your return is accepted, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped back to our designated fulfillment warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels without tracking information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are not eligible for return. All discounted products, including items purchased during seasonal sales, promotional events, with sale tags or with special offer codes(excluding the welcome code of first-order discount), are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Duties for Returns

For returns shipped back to our warehouse, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred during re-importation.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For returns shipped back to our warehouse, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred during re-importation. Any such fees, if applicable, will be deducted directly from the refund amount.
