Aclof offers shipping services to customers in the following regions. To ensure timely delivery, all items will be shipped via air transport services. 

  • United States
  • Asia Areas - Japan, South Korea, Israel
  • Europe Areas - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, United Kingdom. (*Excluding territories, provinces, regions beyond mainland Europe, and outlying islands.) More countries/regions coming soon.

Free shipping on all orders exceeding €199 within Europe Areas, £165 within United Kingdom and $199 within the United States.

Shipping Times:

  • United States: 6-12 business days
  • Asia Areas: 6-12 business days
  • Europe Areas : 5-8 business days

*Shipping to Finland, Switzerland, Israel: the estimated time is 9-18 business days, depending on actual transportation efficiency.

For pre-order items, we will process your order within 4-7 business days.

 

Please note that order processing typically takes 1-3 business days before shipment (From Monday to Friday, orders placed after 12:00 PM CET and 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carriers, including local postal services such as USPS, Royal Mail, or La Poste, etc..., depending on the destination. Delivery times will begin once the carrier picks up the package.

 

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, this message will include your tracking information, allowing you to stay informed about the whereabouts of your shipment. For registered customers, you can also track your order’s status by visiting the "My Orders" page.

 

*For All Orders: Products destined for Europe Areas and U.S markets are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. 

 

No shipping dispatched during local public holidays. Shipping dates will be extended to the next business day following the holiday.


Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). We regret that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery times as shipping durations may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.

 

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications.

 

Aclof cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

 

While we strive to maintain smooth and timely production and shipping processes, occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, we are diligently working to minimize any such disruptions in the future.
